A strip pieced quilt pattern called 'Breaking Out'. It's from the book 'Strip-Pieced Quilts: Easy Designs from Just Six Fabrics' by Maaike Bakker.
I must have made some version of this pattern a dozen times. It was easy for me as a beginning quilter and I still like the pattern. It's fast and looks great with a wide variety of fabric combinations. This one is made with a range of teal and purple batiks.
The quilting was done on my domestic machine before I got my longarm. It's mostly stitch in the ditch with a zig-zag pattern in the outer border.
